After 3 years UpstART will be closing its doors at the end of this month. It has been my delight to have been here and I hope that I've offered our neighborhood something unique. I want to sincerely thank the people who have supported UpstART through the years. Even the smallest purchase has helped to keep it going. To those who have stopped in to say hi and chat, meeting you and talking with you all has been a joy. ... Being able to do just a little bit to add to our community by offering the many talents of our local artists, musicians and actors has been my greatest pleasure. To no longer be able to offer the space as a venue is what I will miss most. I will continue to support our local businesses and I hope you will too. They need us in these increasingly difficult times. You'll make a big difference in our landscape by doing this. Every little bit helps and Fair trade purchases are important. Hope to bounce back and bring something new again soon. See you all around the hood!
