Hii Taichi Customers!! We’re excited to announce that we have a new addition to our menu. Starting Monday, April 27th, we will be serving Bubble Waffles! Bubble waffles are popular in Hong Kong. Some people may call it Hong ... Kong waffles or also known as, Egg Waffles. The waffles are very puffy, soft, and have a little crisp to it, and of course, delicious! As we start, we will only be offering the waffles for in store orders only, until we can find a way to deliver the ice cream without melting. For the first 20 customers to buy a waffle, we will be offering a second waffle for half off. Hope to see you on Monday! (Our procedures will remain in tack. You will order, then wait out in your vehicle for us to bring it out to you).

Hellllooo Taichi Customers, We hope everyone is still doing well and holding up! Here are a few updates: -You MUST wear a mask to enter the store. If you aren’t wearing a mask, we cannot allow you to come into the store. We are willing to come out to take your orders from the car, if you don’t have a mask. ... -All delivery drivers and pickup orders, please wait in your vehicles and call us to bring out the order. Please call us: (585)319-5476. We will ask for the name of the order and the car you are in, so that way we can bring the orders out to you. -We are only allowing two people in the store at a time. Please look to see if there are customers inside before coming in. Wait for them to leave before entering. -All online orders must be placed through grubhub or doordash. If you want to pickup an order, you must do it through grubhub or doordash as well. -We are still not doing Ramen yet, but we will keep everyone posted when we do. Hope everyone stays safe. Hiii Taichi Customers, We hope everyone is doing well. As of last week, we have reopened, just at the irondequoit location. We currently aren’t aware of when the other locations will be opening. Here are some updates on our procedure and our next steps: -We will be extending our hours from 11am-8pm, Monday- Saturday. We will be closed on Sunday’s. ... -We are allowing walks-ins. You may come in to order your food because we know that online ordering could be a little crazy sometimes. That being said, we will allow parties of two in the store at a time. If you see there are people inside the store, please wait until they leave to come in and order. All orders will be placed and we will ask which car you are in, that way we can bring your order out to you when it is all set. We ask for our customers to please wait in their cars, and not inside the store. -We currently are not selling Ramen still, but we hope to be very soon once we have all the supplies needed. -For delivery or pickup, it must be done through GRUBHUB or DOORDASH. We are not able to accept orders over the phone. Also, please do not order off the taichi website. We won’t receive it and are not able to prepare your order. -FOR ANY CURBSIDE PICKUP OR GH/DD DRIVERS: Once you have arrived to pick up your order, please call us: (585)319-5476. We will ask for the name of the order and the car you are in, so that way we can bring the orders out to you. -All of our employees will be taking precautions to maintain healthy, and for our customers. As we move forward, there might be some more changes and we’ll keep everyone updated. The limit of customers in our store is to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff.
