Tompkins County is Currently under a State of Emergency . ICA will be closed on Tuesday 2/2 due to the winter storm and for the safety of our patients and our staff.

Tomorrow (12/3) we reopen after extended time off for Thanksgiving and to minimize the potential for the spread of COVID-19 within the clinic due to holiday gathering and travel. Today the Tompkins County Health Department released information stating that out of the 34 positive cases reported on December 1st about half of those were due to gathering and travel. We take our responsibility of keeping our patient community safe and comfortable very seriously. If you have any COVID-19 related symptoms we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a later date. No late cancellation fee will be charged for patients exhibiting any symptoms. Please keep recent travel and gathering in mind when you make your appointments, Thank you so much for your understanding.

Important Information! HOLIDAY HOURS & CLOSURES CLOSED 11/25 - 12/2 CLOSED 12/25/2020 - 1/1/2021 IF YOU HAVE APPOINTMENTS ALREADY SCHEDULED WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU>... After lots of thinking and discussing Tim and I have made the tough decision to close ICA for 1 week after Thanksgiving and for 1 week after Christmas. During the weeks leading up to the holiday season we feel very confident that we have properly screened our patients upon arrival to greatly reduce the spread of COVID-19 within ICA. The winter holidays may cause our local community to gather and travel more and to welcome out of state friends and family into their homes. We'll all be headed to grocery stores to shop for meals and perhaps other stores to buy gifts for loved ones. By closing the clinic for 1 week after each major gathering holiday we are continuing to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within our clinic. As you can imagine closing for two weeks after the 3 month shutdown is unbelievably hard financially on the clinic. During the lock down many of you reached out to ask how you can help the clinic continue to keep its doors open. Here are a couple of ways if you feel so inclined. 1. ICA's Go Fund Me site.
