This month, we are introducing a pose of the month to help you explore the asanas more in depth. Find and read about it in Light on Yoga, put it into your practice, and look for it to come up in class. This month’s pose is the standing pose, Vrksasana, the Tree Pose - which not only strengthens our legs, arms and chest but teaches us to balance and stabilize in the midst of difficult situations.

We have heard from a number of our students who have been affected by Hurricane Isaias and are without power. To accommodate, we will be extending the availability of the class recordings for all registrants for one week, ending at midnight on Sunday, August 16.
