Happy to be through the holidays!!!! It's the perfect time to try something new...like um, yoga!!! Each week I teach classes that can meet the needs of most.... All classes are offered online as well as in Studio. So even if you don't feel like leaving the house...we can practice together! I've had some fun moments with the "Zoomers"! Wedesndays 6pm: Unwind.(all levels) This class is more gentle in nature, working towards deep stretching after warming up the body and then some form of meditation (guided, nidra, or breath work). Let that sh*t go... Thrusdays 6pm: Kundalini Yoga. This class focuses more on your energetic system. This class can be more active, a lot of dynamic movements with breath and meditation. I try to make these active and really FUN!!! All levels are welcome; everything can be modified. Game changer!! Fridays 10am: Yoga Flow. This is a vinyasa class that focuses movement with breath focus. Gets the body nice and warm, to hold poses, to flush out the body with breath. Some experience is good for this class. This past weekend we had our first Jai Bazaar arts + crafts fair--we gathered local artists and vendors to sell their creations! It was an awesome day and we had a great turn out. Most importantly we were able to raise money for Jajja's Kids in Uganda. This program creates brighter futures and unlimited possibilities for former street kids of Uganda.
