How to remove a tick: 1) Use fine-tipped tweezers to grab the tick as close to the skin's surface as possible. 2) Pull upward with steady, even pressure - no twisting. 3) Clean the bite area & your hands. 4) Call your doctor if you develop symptoms over the next 30 days.

Both COVID-19 and flu can spread from person-to-person, between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet). Continue to wear a face covering, social distance and wash your hands often to help prevent spreading germs. In addition, get your flu shot by the end of October to lower your risk of getting flu.
