This was the beginning phase of a total body recomp (build muscle while losing fat at the same time) transformation. The pic on the left was taken when we began, and the pic on the right was 8 weeks after we started. You can clearly see that it's absolutely possible to add muscle mass while simultaneously losing body fat. Glad we busted that ridiculous myth right off the bat!
