hello, spring? it’s nyc calling, we really need you to bring your a game this year i can’t begin to describe the shift in energy this year ... yes, spring in nyc always feels like a momentous mood shift, with more smiles from strangers, random acts of kindness on the streets but this year is especially pronounced. we’ve all been through hell and back these last 12 months and it feels so good to see the light at the end of the tunnel. ...on the real estate front, nyc buyers are starting to see the power shift away from them. there are multiple bids on properties across boroughs under $2M and sellers are starting to gain the upper hand. yet there is still a lot of inventory is sitting off market with sellers still unsure if this is the time to list. having an agent representing you that has access to all inventory is . wallpaper poll - yay or nay? i'm currently debating if i should wallpaper my powder room. it is a big commitment! i am seeing more wallpaper in listings and people's homes, like this fun jungle design at our listing in tribeca (currently off market - DM for info on when we will be launching). the lovely ladies at @women_who_wallpaper helped me decide on the TYPE - which is non-woven wallpaper and NOT peel and stick, which i initially thought i would do.... now, the hardest part is deciding which design i won't hate after a few weeks! any tips on your favorite wallpaper finds - please share below!
