The Chief Inspector will be directly responsible to the Accountable Manager for the overall administration of the inspection department. JetSmart Aviation Services is seeking out-going, positive, and professional individuals to join our team. We are currently looking to hire a part time Customer Service Representative with weekend availability and a part time Line Service Technician with overnight availability. Customer Service Representative duties include:... - Ensuring front desk etiquette by providing positive and professional reception. - Communicating with flight crew en route via radio and dispatch line service team to fulfill aircraft service requests. - Greeting passengers and flight crew members and assisting with ground transportation, hotel reservations, catering, and any additional ground service needs. - Efficiently completing necessary paperwork and sales tickets associated with the performance of assigned tasks. - Performing general facility upkeep. - Performing additional duties as requested by management. Line Service Technician duties include: - Coordinating aircraft movement by marshaling and towing. - Assisting flight crews with passenger ground handling and the loading/unloading of luggage. - Servicing aircraft needs to include: refueling, deicing, lavatory and potable water service, and any additional flight crew member requests. - Performing general facility maintenance and upkeep. - Completing necessary safety procedures, paperwork, and sales tickets associated with the performance of assigned tasks. - Performing additional duties as required by management.
