My family and I are thankful for so much this year. We have a tradition that we like to do often. We each have a pile of stones, gems, beach glass and worry dolls. We lay each item one at a time into the middle giving up all we are thankful for and have a bit of worry or fear of. Each time we do it there is no question we feel each others love, thankfulness and fear. We hug each other, we are there for each other. We ring the bell to begin and end our meditation. We connect ourselves to the connected energy that surrounds us and harness it. We are thankful for so much this year and have honest fear. We are human. We are one. We are being here now. Much love to every one of you and each of your families.
