Everything from entering the escalator to a giant ballroom filled with Dim Sum carts and people, we can never get enough of this. . 2) Dim Sum Card Crew Neck - This crew neck is all Harry (the wonderful d...esigner). This tally card was first introduced to us back when Jing Fong Chinatown first opened in 1978 and we are still using it today. We wouldn't be anywhere without this because this is how we track what you ordered from the Dim Sum ladies and essentially, this is your bill at the end of your meal. It is also so much fun watching the card go from clean to filled with stamp in a matter of minutes! . 3) A Dim Sum Order Tote Bag - This is a wider tote than the one we currently have, perfect for the weekend Dim Sum take-out list from your friends and family.
