For 48 year now Joe Kennedys detail shop has been the PREMIER auto detailer in WNY. Monday March 1st we were notified by greedy landlords that we must vacate the property in 30 days. Cathy and I have worked at this business night and day with nothing but you, our customers, in mind. Our motto was always if your not happy, we are not happy. We never saw this coming. It’s totally impossible to be out by the end of the month. We plan on staying in business for a long time. We ju...st need time to figure things out. When someone notifies you by email to vacate in 30 days after being a great tenant for 15 years it certainly says more about them than it does us. At no time was any consideration given to our small business of 48 years. Shame on them. I’m pissed and I should be. I don’t mean to rant but when you get a handshake agreement June 27th 2020 telling you there will be no increase in rent for two years and that you will be safe you gotta believe them. Not sure what this world is coming to but it’s not very nice. It certainly did prove one thing MONEY DOESN’T BUY CLASS.
