****update***** The restaurant has been served with legal documents and changed their name / signage. To our fans..we have a possible imposter trying to act as Joe’s Shanghai trying to open where we had done business for 18+ years in 24w 56 street midtown. They are trying to go by the name of Joe’s shanghai dumplings just to be crystal clear THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH JOE’S SHANGHAI RESTAURANT. We are seeking legal action towards them as we speak! We currently have two(2) operating restaurants in the NYC! And a phase 2 by the name of Joe’s home of soup dumplings in the works on 48th street. More details to come!!

To all Joe’s Soup dumpling fans, we are currently closing our 56st location and possibly relocating, please be aware that we will not have a midtown location starting June 24 Monday of this week.
