May the light of the New Year bring you and yours good health, peace of mind, love and prosperity.
Thank you to my friends at Mailstar for the refresh of my firm's branded materials. It was a pleasure to work with you!
I am proud to be included in the 2020 edition of the Super Lawyers listing in the category of Personal Injury Medical Malpractice-Plaintiffs. Congratulations to all who were named this year. View the digital magazine here: https://bit.ly/2GMEeyN
The transition back to school, whether remote, in-person, or hybrid is challenging, and can be especially stressful as a parent of a child with special needs. I am offering pro-bono consultations to parents and caregivers to help you understand your student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and 504 plans and delivery of services during this new normal. Please schedule your appointment today: http://bit.ly/JordanDiPalma

I am proud to be included in the 2020 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Medical Malpractice-Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation-Plaintiffs. This is my third year of inclusion. Congratulations to my colleagues and peers listed in this year’s edition.
Congratulations on your opening to our Palmyra neighbor-McCann's Coffeehouse. I stopped by yesterday with my family and we had a great lunch and cocoa and frappe. Looking forward to starting mornings with your coffees. Best wishes!
Wishing you a happy and safe 4th of July!
We are sharing the second of two scholarships we awarded during the Palmyra Macedon Dollars For Scholars ceremony earlier this month. Congratulations to Joseph Warner who will be attending Finger Lakes Community College and is interested in pursuing a degree in human services and education. Congratulations to all of the scholarship winners!
"As courts across the country begin to cautiously resume in-person hearings through the COVID-19 pandemic, judges are confronting a vexing challenge: how to safely convene jury trials at a time when health officials continue to caution against public gatherings." https://abcnews.go.com//social-distanced-justice-co/story
Congratulations to the Palmyra-Macedon Class of 2020! While this year certainly didn't turn out the way any of us expected, your resilience and achievements are admirable. We can't wait to see what you go on to accomplish!
We are excited to share some heart warming news with you... Last week, we participated in the Palmyra Macedon Dollars For Scholars virtual award ceremony, and we awarded two $1,000 scholarships! The first went to Aidan Quinn who is interested in pursuing legal studies, and we will share the second recipient later this week. Despite tough economic times for so many, $162,100 in scholarships was awarded! Congratulations to all of the scholarship recipients, and a huge thank you to Palmyra Macedon Dollars for Scholars for making this event possible - this was a true bright spot in our week.
We reopened our office on June 5th in compliance with the New York State Phase 2 guidelines. We will continue to offer virtual appointments for any clients who prefer to stay home. The health and safety of our clients and staff is our first priority, so for any clients who would prefer to meet in-person, please call 585-673-3055 to schedule an appointment. Wishing everyone a happy and safe Memorial Day.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as a former board member of the Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County, mental health is something I am passionate about. While one in five people will experience a mental illness during their lifetime, everyone faces challenges in life that can impact their mental health, especially in the wake of COVID-19. Mental Health America has offered quick, free, and private online mental health screens with the goal of getting 1 million people to take the screen this month in honor of Mental Health Awareness month.
