After you've fried latkes and fried donuts and you're looking for something else to fry for Chanukah, try these delicious spaghetti fritters- they're easy and fun and kids gobble them up! Spaghetti fritters serves 4 Ingredients: 2 cups spaghetti, cooked or leftover spaghetti... 3 green onions 1 large zucchini 1 large carrot 2 sprigs parsley 3 Tbsp. olive oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt tsp. black pepper tsp. garlic powder tsp. chili powder cup shredded mozzarella cheese Oil, for frying If you are cooking the pasta fresh, make sure you rinse it and drain it well. Coarsely chop the pasta into quarters Shred green onions, zucchini, parsley and carrots in a food processor. Combine with spaghetti and other ingredients in a bowl. Heat up the oil in a frying pan and form latke shaped fritters. Fry the fritters until golden brown on each side. They should be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. See more
