We will be observing ALL social distancing guidelines in place, NO ONE will be allowed to browse or enter without a mask on. We do a 48 hour Dry Brine on our Fresh killed 12 - 14 Pound bird (We get our birds right on Mason Ave, jk ) Then we blast them in our stickburners at 325 degrees, then finish them in our JR Oyler, I promise you it is the best bird you’ve ever had, and As if that wasn’t enough we are inclu...ding our famous Coca Cola Spiral Ham, A Half Tray of our brisket ground sausage stuffing, a half tray of our Butter Bath Mashed Potatoes, A half tray of our Juicy Lucy Sweet Potato Casserole, A half tray of our Fresh broccoli sautéed in garlic, olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, 2 Trays of Caesar Salad and a full quart of the slow smoked turkey gravy and your choice of listed pie....
