Changing times (Step Forward) We recently opened our Burgerloos for our guests to enjoy with their families. We stood back in absolute amazement when reservations came flooding in!! Our phones, email and social media accounts were inundated with requests. Now (Step Back) The County of Erie contacted us midday Friday to inform us that our Burgerloos do not meet up with their current guidelines. We were instructed that we must not seat or offer our Burgerloos to any of our amaz...ing guests. We want to be clear - our intention for our Burgerloos was for our guests to enjoy a very special experience in a ventilated and sanitized space while being shielded by the unpredictable Buffalo weather. It is our hope that there is change in our future. Not only for us but for every single one of the locally owned restaurants, our friends. We are all in this together. Going forward all reservations are on "hold". We suggest that people who miss out on their reserved dates to set up alerts for cancellations for future dates on OpenTable. We have been advised that once Hamburg enters the yellow zone our Burgerloos will be able to be utilized. In the meantime please support your locally owned restaurants. Order curbside, buy gift cards for yourself or loved ones and spread all the love on social media.
