I always reach for @urbandecaycosmetics Anti-Aging Eyeshadow Primer Potion Going for the perfect winged liner? Use the sharpest tipped liquid liner you can find. Use the tip as your guide & stamp your wing first and then glide & fill in the shape. I suggest trying @hudabeauty Quick ’N Easy Liquid Liner Pen! Scared shitless of bold lipstick and like to stick to lip balms and clear glosses only? How about using that bold lipstick and gently tapping it on the lips to create a sheer stain like for that pop of color without the full coverage. Are you that girl who can’t leave home without her Kajal-Black Khol eyeliner because it makes you look alive (And it’s all you know)? Well how about investing in a smudge brush and smoking out that basic beche black liner to really amp it up? Oh and get rid of that fear and go for that 2nd or 3rd coat of mascara.

Really and truly, after all the research I’ve done it all leads back to vitamins don’t really benefit you much. But I beg to differ. Pills are not a shortcut to better health and the prevention of chronic diseases, that’s for sure. But I do believe there are benefits in small doses.
