As the New York State Pause order is eased, Kazmierczak and Nowak are hoping that our office will open for all services by mid June. In order to prepare for this, we have been reviewing and implementing practices, equipment and protocols to ensure the safety of our patients and staff as per the recommendations of the ADA and the CDC. We have always maintained an uncompromising level of infection control and these additional measures will assure that we can all be confident t...hat our mutual health and safety are protected as we return to normal operations. As you prepare for your appointments, be aware that treatment time will be longer in order to properly sanitize each treatment room. Appointments will be scheduled to minimize contact with other patients. Let us know when you arrive by phone at 877-5566 and we will invite you in when your treatment room is ready. We will not use the waiting room at this time. Stay In Your Car. We will come out for you. Please wear your mask upon entering, and expect that we will inquire about your current health and will take your temperature. Paper work and insurance updates will be completed in the treatment room to keep the waiting room empty, and we will have only one patient at a time at the desk at check out. COVID-19 Guidance We are following the guidance from the American Dental Association and closing our office for several weeks, effective immediately, for all non-emergency appointments. Dr. Kazmierczak and Dr. Nowak will still be available for emergency appointments by appointment only. If you have a dental emergency, please call the office first thing in the morning for an appointment. The ADA knows that every dentist’s number one priority right now is protecting their patients, dental team and their practices during COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning tomorrow (3/17/2020), Kazmierczak and Nowak will limit our treatment of patients with dental emergencies that are painful or at risk of pain. We are rescheduling nonessential dental treatment, such as cleanings, and will reschedule you as quickly as possible. We hope this will only be for a short time.
