He has since led groups performing at the CMC Jazz Festival, Queen City Jazz Festival and Northwest Jazz Festival. Jazz at the Taylor Presents Nixon, Croft & Goretti Celebrate the Music of Chick Corea on Saturday, May 15th at 7:30pm. We finally can welcome you into the Taylor Theater to listen to wonderful music performed by a trio of highly accomplished musicians. Nixon, Croft and Goretti is a modern jazz piano trio dedicated to original compositions, as demonstrated by their debut album IN CONGRUENCE (2021). The group features pianist/composer Andrew Nixon, bassist Ed Croft and drummer Joe Goretti and will be playing music by the late, great Chick Corea among some of their own original compositions. Tickets are $15 Kenan Members l $20 Not Yet a Kenan Member.

Opening Sunday: A Photographic Exhibition of the Erie Canal ft. F.B. Clench. This exhibition traces the life of photographer Frank Bernard Clench and the genesis of photography in the latter part of the 19th Century in upstate New York and Lockport’s Erie Canal. Lockport photographer Dennis Stierer serves as special consultant in creating and curating the exhibit.... An added bonus, the second floor of the Kenan House Gallery will include local photographers' work capturing Lockport & the Erie Canal. Most pieces are for sale. This is a must see for the Lockport community! Appointments are required due to COVID-19 regulations. Masks and social distancing must be adhered to.
