Front Desk Receptionist Employment Opportunity! Please send me a message if interested! We are a fast paced office looking to hire a front desk receptionist to... join our team! We are looking for someone personable, reliable, flexible, and with the ability to multitask. Although experience is not required, it is preferred that the qualified candidate possesses some knowledge and experience of a medical receptionist position, as well as knowledge of insurances. Responsibilities (among various other office administrative tasks): -welcoming/greeting our patients -answering/forwarding incoming phone calls -collecting and entering patient information -verifying insurance and copays/preparing charts/filing -scheduling appointments -collecting payments and past due balances Hours(34.5-hour work week): -Monday 10AM - 8PM -Tuesday 8AM - 12PM -Wednesday 8AM - 5PM -Thursday 9AM - 5 PM -Friday 9AM - 5PM

Kenmore Eye Care will be closed for Memorial Day on Monday, May 25, 2020. We will resume our normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26. We wish everyone a happy and healthy Memorial Day weekend!

Our office has officially re-opened! However, things will look very different the next time you come in. Here are some things you should know. -You MUST wear a ...mask the entire time you are in the office. -Only patients will be allowed in the office, with the exception of 1 caregiver if necessary. -We WILL take your temperature upon entering and if it is 100 degrees or higher, you must reschedule. -If you have traveled, been in contact with anyone who has traveled or has been diagnosed with the virus, or if you have had any cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days, please stay home. We will ask these questions when you come in and if the answer to any of them is yes, you will need to reschedule. Please understand that these are the regulations required of us in order to be open. In addition to these requirements, doctors and staff are also monitoring our own temperatures and symptoms, wearing masks, and maintaining very strict sanitation procedures.
