Did you know that our venue can seat up to 300 people? When you rent The Kenmore Ballroom we include up to 300 custom black chairs with white pads and 60 and 70 round tables. We also have an audio system with two wireless microphones and a lavalier microphone for speeches. Just a few less things to think about when planning your wedding or event!

When considering what flowers to use in a boutonniere, consider options that are sturdy and will hold up to a night of celebration and dancing! Popular options include roses, carnations, tulips, calla lily’s. One of our most FAQs is if there is parking available on-site. Although there is no dedicated parking with the venue, there are plenty of options for your event. Most events typically occur after 5pm, the meters are not in effect. There is also a free parking garage (nights and weekends) a block and a half down the street. We encourage car services such as Falcon Club as a safe and seamless way to get to your event-all rides to and from the Kenmore will receive a 10% discount!
