Eine alte und sehr beliebte KinderHaus Tradition ist es künstlerisch tätig zu sein im Stil des Künstlers Jackson Pollock. Creating works of art in the style of Jackson Pollock is a longstanding and beloved tradition here at KinderHaus.

Backe, backe Kuchen der Bäcker hat gerufen... Sogar die jüngsten Kinder unserer Krippengruppe sind schon begeisterte Bäcker. Even the youngest children in our Krippe group are already enthusiastic bakers.

Die kunstbegeisterten Löwenkinder machen gerne Pustebilder und trainieren zugleich ihre Mundmotorik für das Sprechen. Our lion group kids made Pustebilder by blowing through straws onto paint, simultaneously fostering their creative expression and training their mouth motor skills for speaking.

Die Kinder der Eulengruppe haben viel zu entdecken auf dem Weg zum Prospekt Park. The owl group kids have so much to discover on their way to Prospect Park.

The lion pre-k children had so much fun matching the corresponding sound of each letter to the right picture. Die Pre-K Kinder der Löwengruppe haben so viel Freude dabei den richtigen Anlaut eines Buchstaben den Bildern zuzuordnen.

Die Krippenkinder haben ganz begeistert Murmelbilder gemacht und diese Woche die Farbe Blau kennen gelernt. Our Krippe group was excited to make pictures by rolling marbles around in paint. This week, they got to know the color blue.

Making new friends at our Fasching (Karneval) week MiniCamp! Our teachers love to encourage the new friendships the children forge here at KinderHaus and capture these special moments to share with families.

Due to the expected severe weather conditions, the KinderHaus DaySchool and AfterCare follow the announcements of the NYC Dept. of Education and will therefore be closed tomorrow, Monday, February 1st, 2021. Please check the DOE NYC website for any further updates and please expect an email from your teachers including fun snow day activities. KinderHaus is expected to reopen for DaySchool and AfterCare programs on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021.
