A little barn renovation to say the least it's been quite the project for the past year and is coming along pretty well being it was about to fall/rott in the ground before we started

Devon and I finished off a huge basement this winter...all new framing,insulation,spray foam in bedroom ceiling,wiring,duct work for heat,sheetrocking,painting,new flooring,full bathroom with clawfoot tub and slate tile,all trim and doors,made a sliding barn door,rough cut accent walls,wraped post all done by us.Dont have too many finished pictures but some along the way.

The old ice house saved from the dumpster...jacked up and leveled...replaced all sills and sistered all studs....poured alaskan slab under it...pics in previous post...then replaced all exterior trim with new ceder...fixed bad siding...replaced all interior walls with rough cut and added loft floor cut in two new/old windows and all new electrical

total kitchen renovation...all new cabinets,appliances, new recessed lighting, under cab. lighting,removed wall between kitchen and dining room,new hardwood floor weaved into existing floor(not stained or sanded yet in picture)
