These times are crazy, and things are changing day by day! Real Estate Agents are no longer essential, and the industry, like a lot of other industries right now is really struggling. With the restrictions on what agents and do, the banks new requirements for getting a mortgage and the appraisers being very cautious when appraising a house (because often they can’t go in), the industry has come to a stand still. Real Estate Agents as of yesterday afternoon have been deemed essential. Being new to the industry, I asked my Keller Williams office simply, WHY?
