We just received good news on a battered spouse petition we filed on behalf of a citizen of Ghana, who was physically assaulted by his United States citizen wife. Our next step is to put an end to removal proceedings that were instituted against him as a result of her actions.

Just got out of immigration court. Another deportation prevented this time based on religious persecution of Christians in Belarus. The Trump administration accepted the court's order as final. For the first time in their lives our clients are officially and legally free.

We just received a favorable determination on an I-360 battered spouse petition for a male national of Sri Lanka who was also an applicant for both asylum, and marriage based adjustment. His U.S. citizen spouse threatened to withdraw her I-130 petition and have him deported to put his life in jeopardy.

Another green card approved for an undocumented mother of a native born citizen averting the institution of removal proceedings.

Really satisfying win to report. Our client received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) her marriage based I-485 based on an allegation that she committed fraud in the application for failing to disclose suspected false claims to United States citizenship on multiple Forms I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. We responded to the NOID last week, and the notice of the approval of the I-485 was entered onto the USCIS website last night. She will be eligible to apply for her citizenship in three years.
