Title: Class C Weigher Reports to: Supervisor, Pre Weigh Department: Operations Supervises: N/A Organizational Relationships: ... Interfaces closely with other weighers and compounders. Limited contact with Warehouse personnel and Inventory control Department. Basic Function: Must learn, understand and perform all basic routine duties of Processing Department as they pertain to weighing. Weigh quantities of raw materials for use in production process. Places loose or packaged material on scales and adds or removes portions to obtain specified weights. This involves lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently. Responsibilities: 1. Must understand and adhere to all department policies / procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. 2. Responsible for safely transporting raw materials and/or batches using materials movement equipment. 3. Must be able to safely and effectively operate all scales, balances and any other equipment used to weigh materials. 4. Responsible for accurately weighing and identifying all raw materials required for a batch and legible documenting all records accordingly. 5. Responsible for maintaining work area neat, clean and orderly at all times. 6. Responsible for checking incoming raw materials for condition and proper storage of same with respect to physical protection and availability. 7. Responsible for assisting in cleanings/sanitization of equipment as well as assisting in basic processing of batches (with the exception of shading). 8. Responsible for all other duties, which may be assigned by department supervisor within the scope of classification. 9. Must be able to learn computer and locater system. Qualifications: 1. Must be capable of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of all units of measure, including decimal fractions. 2. Ability to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.

Title: Compounder C Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor Department: Operations Supervises: N/A... Organizational Relationships: Work with senior level technicians in manufacturing. Basic Function: Manufacture of batches in compliance with all GMP’s according to company procedures. Responsibilities: 1. Check/weigh each ingredient of the raw materials of a batch. 2. Understand and follow manufacturing procedures in assigned area. 3. Load/fill a manufacturing tank according to the batch record. 4. Fill out batch cards correctly checking raw material control, lot and batch numbers of each ingredient. 5. Pass the forklift training course, if required, in assigned department. 6. Assist other compounders of similar or lower classification in all inventories. 7. Operate a majority of the equipment in the assigned area (grinders, mixers, blenders, pumps). 8. Be able to sanitize equipment in the area, if necessary. 9. Has working knowledge of compliance with G.M.P.’s, environmental and quality control procedures in the safety in performance of job duties. 10. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications: 1. High School or equivalency diploma preferred. 2. Entry Level position for compounder in a manufacturing environment. 3. Good mathematical and English skills. 4. Basic computer literacy. 5. Good organization skills.

Title: Assembly 2 Reports to: Operations Supervisor Department: Operations... Supervises: N/A Organizational Relationships: Basic Function: Light assembly and packaging Responsibilities: 1. Performs packaging functions, hand assembly operations and identifies quality defects in packaging operations. 2. Works in safe manner, reporting unsafe operations/practices to a supervisor immediately. 3. Maintains clean work area. 4. Achieves and maintains proficiency in all aspects of packaging lines. 5. Trains on, and acquires, relevant skills leading to other career opportunities within the Assembly area. 6. Follows all safety / GMP rules. Qualifications: 1. General learning ability required to carry out a large number of manual assembly related duties at customer and Kolmar’s quality and quantity standards. 2. Good visual inspection needed to identify defects in/on product. 3. Good eye/hand coordination, finger and manual dexterity needed to group products, position, label, insert package, etc. at required production proficiency standards. 4. No specific educational requirements. However, must have sufficient command of the English language to comprehend verbal instructions to follow proper operating procedures.
