The reason I am going to EXCELL in Real Estate this year more than my prior years is because, I took my buyers out on Sunday and all the homes we saw didn't live up to the pictures posted. We kept coming across homes that only HALF filled my buyers need. We decided to take a break for lunch until 2pm so we went our separate ways. I made a wrong turn on the parkway and this house was right off the exit with an "Open House" sign. I decided to swing by and text the address to ...my Buyer. I STUMBLED UPON THIS HOUSE ON ACCIDENT!!! and it ended up being PERFECT for my buyer. Perfect size, yard, location and school. In this market right now its not always so easy. 48 hours later we're in Contract.
