Ararat Grilled Shrimp 1 pound shrimp, unpeeled, head on 1 tbsp Ararat N.35 Olive oil... Salt Lemon 1. Gently peel the shrimp shell making sure the head and tail remain attached to the body. 2. Coat the shrimp with olive oil, and season with salt and Ararat spice. 3. Preheat your grill. 4. Carefully insert a wooden or metal skewer into the bottom part of the shrimp all the way to right below the head. You can have 2 to 3 shrimp per skewer. 5. Cook the skewers for about 3 minutes on each side of the grill (or a pan over medium heat). Place on a serving plate and drizzle some lemon juice on top. See more
