We've established office measures to ensure social distancing amongst staff and inviting patient family members to remain in the parking lot. Lakeside ENT offers the convenience of telephone telemed visits for our patie...nts as well as non-urgent visits. We encourage all patients to sign up for our patient portal in order to receive updates and access to your account with us. We've temporarily closed our Clifton Springs office and are halting all allergy testing and shots. We're offering a discount on 3 months of SLIT (Sublingual immunotherapy) option for established shot patients. Please call (585) 394-8800 to make arrangements or to schedule a telemed visit. Chandler Avenue will serve as the entrance for our Batavia Office at 215 Summit Street. United Memorial Medical Center continues to take steps to further prepare to meet the needs of our community during this COVID-19 pandemic. This week, a series of tents will be installed outside the Emergency Department. With this, there will be changes in traffic patterns at the main 127 North Street campus. Access to the hospital and our office via Summit Street will be restricted to ...ambulances only. All other hospital traffic will be directed to the main entrance or Chandler Avenue. Please plan for potential delays getting to your appointment at Lakeside-ENT and drive with caution.
