Dear Patient, I hope you have been staying sane and healthy during this time. We have been officially allowed to open as of Monday, June 1. We will be slow to ramp up with the safety of our team and you the patient being the top most priority. That being said, we have spent the last 10 weeks revamping and rehauling the way we do dentistry in order to provide the safest care possible. I have attached a message along with a video that speaks to some of these changes. We are con...tinually reviewing the CDC guidelines, incorporating recommendations into our processes, and implementing our own additional changes, to even better serve you. I would also like to thank the team that has allowed us to remain open this entire time. I could not be more proud of the team members that declined unemployment and essentially volunteered to keep working during this time. It has been such an incredibly inspiring time for me to work alongside the wonderful people I have been blessed to have as a part of the Lalor Family Dental team. We came this far because of our people and we will come out of this better and stronger, because of them. I am so proud that we were one of the few offices that never closed its doors and welcomed over 2,500 emergent patients visits thus far. This is a credit to our team and their dedication to serving the community in our time of need. I could not be more proud of them. Over the past month our team has been collecting items to donate to the St. Anthony's Food Pantry. Thanks to our team members who rallied together to help those in need, and to the St. Anthony's for doing such great work!
