Missing my daycare kiddos a lot lately so In the kitchen today I made my famous (well famous at my daycare) ISSUE COOKIES. These are chocolate cookies with chocolate mint candies. These were the cookies we made when any of the kids were having a down day or if we just needed a feel good cookie. Banana Bread and Banana Chocolate Chip cookies also just came out of the oven.
