Join us in the 21 minute challenge! 21 minutes for 21 days. 21 minutes of any form of physical or mental exercise: walking, biking, weight training, yoga, meditation etc. And if you choose, we will be sharing a circuit containing 21 reps of 4-6 exercises each week. Complete each exercise until you hit 21 minutes total. No equipment necessary, and modifications to each... exercise! Keep us motivated, share how many times you make it through each circuit, or what form of exercise you did for 21 minutes by commenting on each weeks post!
