U.S. SUPREME COURT TO REVIEW PRESIDENT OBAMA'S IMMIGRATION INITIATIVE - THERE IS STILL AT LEAST SOME CHANCE FOR LEGALIZATION OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN THE USA! Last week, the Supreme Court of the United States agreed to review and hear President Barak Obama's arguments to reinstall and allow his previous Executive Order on Immigration to proceed. FEDERAL APPEALS COURT PANEL SAYS NO TO OBAMA EXECUTIVE IMMIGRATION ACTION Today’s ruling by the divided Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals most probably means the final end of the President Obama’s Executive Action on Immigration. Federal Court clearly said NO, loud and clear, and this was just to lift preliminary injunction, without even going into the merits of the case. The chances that the Supreme Court would take the case to consider and then lift the injunction a...re minimal or none and/or even if lifted another injunction will follow soon, etc. In this respect, on behalf of the millions of illegal immigrants who have been waiting for years to get their legalization and work permits, we once again call on the White House and the Democrats to change the course and engage in serious negotiations and compromise with the Congressional Republicans over comprehensive immigration reform without having to wait for the new administration (Democrat or Republican) in 2017.
