We were honored to be a part of the Garcia Wedding on September 22nd 2018! The photographer, Shaun Spinks, captured some great moments throughout the day. The cake & cupcakes were made by Aunt Angie's Cakery from Batavia, NY. The Bride's aunt hired us to plan the reception, decorate the venue, and create the bride's bouquet. Before meeting with the bride, she had already bought the girls dresses and set the color pallet, so to make this Fall Wedding work, we added accents of ...burgundy and infused fall flowers with the coral, navy, and gold color pallet. We transformed the Genesee County Park Pavilion and added a little bit of elegance to this magical wedding! With less than three months of planning, we created the Bride and Groom's Dream Wedding. We gave the bride more than eight options for her bouquet, and once she picked the flowers, we added that extra special detail to make her wedding day more memorable. We added a small angel charm in honor and memory of her amazing Grandmother, and left it as a surprise for the Bride on her wedding day. We had the great pleasure to meet with Laughing Gull Chocolates this week and got to taste some AMAZING chocolate! The Salted Caramel Truffle... is Heaven!! They are a local business here in Rochester,NY and sell ethically sourced, artisan quality chocolate delights in a variety of options. Their chocolate is direct trade, organic, and (unless otherwise noted) 70% dark chocolate with no added fillers. They use as many organic ingredients as possible, and source most of their ingredients locally, including their honey, liquors, cheeses, and more! Today is the opening day at the Genesee County Fair! Stop in this week to see how we added a little "Country Glam" to the Fairgrounds! We created two Photo Stations but find all three and share your photos! And to add more fun to this years Fair, we have created a Snapchat filter! July 7,2018 We were honored to be a part of this Dream Wedding. It was truly a magical day and everything leading to this day had a meaning behind it. The land has been in the Bride's family for generations. The lot has many memories, and the Bride wanted to get married on the family land. The Bride and Groom renamed the road after her grandparents and her brother who are no longer with us. It was their dream to get married on the family lot and then build a house on the sit...e where they got married. The lot was cleared at the end of 2017 and grass was planted in April of 2018. It was a lot of hard work and many people helped this day come true for them. Working with this Bride and Groom was a true honor, the love they have for each other can be seen through and through. It's couples like Casey and Cathryn that make you believe in love! Legacy Design&Events started helping them plan their dream wedding in January 2018. It took seven months to make this dream a reality and the groom made sure there would be no flaws. We created a venue on an empty field. We designed the natural archway and the groom and the bride's father built it for us. Whatever the bride wanted, we created for her. We designed a V.I.P. tent with a memorial station, guest book station, photo station, and a seating area to hide the bride. We worked hand in hand with all of the vendors to keep the day stress free and moving smoothly. We are excited to see how new memories will be made at Del Dor Ben Lane!
