50% off today only: Cooking with the SLP: Hot Chocolate with BONUS Boom Cards!! This is my favorite Cooking with the SLP resource in this series because I’ve never had a student say no to trying hot chocolate! I use these for push-in collaborative lessons or small groups! The printables includes differentiated recipe, comprehension worksheets, sequencing, describing worksheets and more! BOOM Cards were added for recipes both in a microwave and stovetop method with exciting s...ound effects! My kiddos have loved the whipped cream and sipping sounds and asking for more! This was one of the most HIGHLY engaging teletherapy activities I've done, and most of the materials I had at home! You don't need a green screen, just green material (I used doubled $ store green plastic tablecloth)! Think "magic mirror" meets PRESENTS! I targeted core words like "open" and "close" with some kiddos, describing the different shapes/colors of the boxes they wanted to choose, commenting on the presents inside (whether they liked them or not) and increasing MLU ...with accompanying sentence strips! I kept it completely holiday neutral and didn't mention holidays, but you could use festive holiday-based wrapping papers. Just NO METALLICS! It messes with the virtual background! The best part is I've uploaded 22 FREE VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS (some are multi-images per page and some are one image) and my "How-To" Guide in my FREEBIE Library. So feel free to download them and use this week! The link to my FREEBIE LIBRARY: https://tinyurl.com/LBLFreebies
