"As a new dad, my health and longevity are my biggest priority. I’m focused on keeping myself healthy inside and out to be around for my family as we grow and progress. LetsGetChecked provides simple at-home health tests that will give you clinical results within 2-5 days. I’ve selected the Male Hormone test which will look for testosterone levels, sex hormone binding globulin, and free androgen index.... Not only will these numbers help me maintain my overall health, but as I get them to ideal ranges, my gym performance will improve, muscle mass will increase, and overall attitude and mood will be more positive. If you are curious about your health but don’t have time to visit the doctor’s office for these tests to be done, order from a wide variety of different health tests on @letsgetchecked’s website." @jhunt.fitness See more

The whole process was so easy and I had my results ready for me when I got off my flight!!! I feel so strongly about this. "I always wondered what 40 would feel like and I feel great! That being said, this past year has been pretty intense. Almost all of last year I noticed I was getting this fluttery feeling in my chest. An irregular heartbeat that became increasingly more pronounced and frequent. I also noticed a bunch of hair collecting in the drain whenever I washed my hair, and I’ve begun to get regular headaches (I literally have NEVER been a headache person). While I realize, ...that these may be nothing to worry about, I also realize, that waiting for things to get worse, or to magically go away on their own, isn’t always the best strategy when it comes to your health. Sometimes, you have to be a little more proactive. So, I’ve taken matters into my own hands and taken a hormone test to see what might be happening for me. Symptoms of hormonal imbalance: * weight gain or weight loss * excessive sweating * difficulty sleeping * sensitivity to cold and heat * dry skin or skin rashes * changes in blood pressure * changes in heart rate * irritability and anxiety * fatigue * increased thirst * depression * headaches * bloating * changes in appetite * reduced sex drive * thinning, brittle hair * infertility * puffy face * blurred vision So how did I get tested? They delivered a test straight to my door. I collected a blood sample by pricking my finger with a super-easy, non-painful (or scary) needle device that was part of my kit. Then I sent the sample back to the lab in the prepaid envelope provided. Now I just have to wait 2-5 days for my results which I will be able to access online." @angelakukhahnyoga
