So I never post anything Especially about my private life . But I just wanted to do an appreciation post to someone who has literally come into my life and made... the biggest impact on me that someone has had in the longest of times . Ms Arieal Washington , you are the image of what are real boss should be not only bc you own a business but bc you mind the hell out of that business too . She literally texts me daily to make sure I stay on my food goals , she stays on my ass about making at least 3 classes a week . She caters and taylors my work outs to my body type my personal goals and my needs ! She takes no bs when it comes to getting this stuff done . She always attentive and encouraging me I mean ALWAYS . From meal prep to life tips to workouts to learning my worth and how to feel sexy and slay on anything in my way respectfully this class has really changed my life . Strongly suggest ALL women to embrace their sexuality and build their confidence by taking her classes. Once you walk through the door you get nothing but optim...istic and encouraging vibes. Arieal is such a great teacher , this is definitely a life commitment. Her classes are great for anyone wanting to get back in shape and surprise themselves and their man in the bedroom. She is very flexible allows you to bring your child if you can’t find a babysitter so there are no excuses ! I look forward to classes and to learning new tricks and choreography. She has helped me regain the confidence that faded after I had a baby. Her studio is also a judgement free zone so don’t be shy !! See more
