We are part of this coalition. Our clearluly documented safety plan FAR exceeds ANY business that currently has clearance to open and yet Governor Andrew Cuomo is stubbornley keeping us closed with NO details, facts or basis to support maintaining closure. August 20th is our day in court.

We are VERY prepared to open safely, with over 300 dedicated square feet per person in safe individual training areas and extreme precautions to assure safety. Gyms were on the list to open in Phase 4. Suddenly, with NO advance notice and NO communication since then, @NYGovCuomo is preventing ALL Gyms, regardless of size and measures taken, from opening. While there may be a range of opinions on what needs to happen before opening, keeping us shut down past phase 4, with no communication for 2 weeks at all on the subject, and no phase 5 announced, is inexcusable and oppressive.
