A: There any many different protocols that people use to treat keloids post-surgery with radiotherapy, but we have found in our practice that we get the best results when we are able to treat our patients with 3 days of radiotherapy. There is the potential for discoloration to occur around the incisions, and we found that with 3 days there was a decrease in that hyper pigmentation.
