Grow Food not Fear

Soon we will all be walking these streets. Going here to there and then back home again. Every morning, somewhere around 6:30 and 8am my morning meditation can include activating good healing energy. This morning when I looked and saw that recycled garbage was left shrewn haphazardly along down the block from @lifewellnessbk... I thought about the person who would be taking their early morning sojourn. I wanted them to see order. I wanted them to feel at home in their neighborhood. I wanted them to feel the safety of #sanctuary.
