Gratitude & Sadness post - I hope you’re all staying toasty and safe I took a little time off and I’m back in full swing this week. It’s been slammed with facials and massages and I’m crazy grateful. The last two years have been trying to say the least, but I’m still here. I saw a post yesterday that broke my heart. A lot of our local businesses didn’t make it through and it’s crazy to see how even two years later we are still seeing being affected by the shutdown of 2020.... A small business starts like a seed at conception, it grows and stirs in your belly until it’s born and then you nurture it and feed it until it’s hopefully able to run on its own. It feels like a child to any small business owner. No amount of money can ever pay for the amount of sleepless nights that go into marketing ideas, physical labor, and doing the work of 5+ employees, but it’s all worth it because the love and passion is what keeps you going. Long story short F U Covid-19 and @boitsons you will be missed amongst the other staple businesses that made me fall in love with #kingstonny . As for me, I started this biz in the recession of 2007 and I’m going to conquer this bish of a pandemic.
