During this pandemic, while so many of us have been stuck at home most of the time, eating (and drinking!) have been two of our remaining pleasures. Mindless eating has been my enemy but thankfully I have nipped it in the bud. I am sharing this with you all.

Any of you stressed? I know, that’s a bad joke these days. I know there are days I wish I could find a rocket ship to take me to outerspace, away from the madness. Since this doesn’t seem to be a likely possibility, I try some of the suggestions mentioned below. I hope they help you..... and if you aren’t stressed, more power to you!
