L&M Specialty Fabrication, LLC

Thank you to the Genesee County 4-H Dairy Club for coming to L&M for their meeting this month! They learned how L&M works along side the different agriculture industries.

Full Time position. Agriculture background is a plus. Fabrication of new custom Ag, construction and industrial equipment. Repair/modification of all types of equipment. Completion of all aspects of equipment manufacturing starting with design, layout, fabrication, finishing, assembly, hydraulics, electronics, etc.... Use of modern CNC fabrication equipment, press brakes, plasma tables, etc. Experience with with CAD or other design software a plus. Manual machining experience a plus. Problem solve mechanical solutions to improve or repair existing machines/ develop products to improve customers processes. Overtime availability. Fast paced team environment, something new everyday.
