Another successful year of all Landowner Christmas Gifts delivered! Thank you Carol C for spending 2 hours helping me bow and tag them as well as riding shotgu...n during the 3 1/2 hours it took to get them all delivered! While Delivering the gifts, I was able to discuss the WBTA with several new landowners. Of the 6 major parcels that have transferred ownership in the last approx 2 yrs that were previously part of the WBTA trail network I am happy to report positive discussions with all but one of the new property owners. Sadly the parcel that we lost was integral to our access to properties beyond Prospect Hill. A lot of work will need to be done in order for us to reestablish trails that direction. Once this pandemic eases we will have a meeting to discuss how to proceed in procuring permission from alternative landowners. In the meantime lands on the trail network beyond Prospect Hill Road will remain closed. Happy Holidays to all! See more

For over ten yrs I’ve been meaning to get around to finishing my sign by building the planter around it and installing the lights along with an outlet for Xmas lights....and now we finally finished it today! All@I have to do is paint the planter box 6x6’s the same color as my fencing and throw some flowers in and it will be done! So happy with the finished product! -4 degrees this morning and all of our pastures heated water troughs (all 7 of them cough $$$ electric bill) were ice free and steamy! Easy enjoyed her slurpy long drink. Nothing like a good roll in the rain and mud 1st thing in the morning on Thanksgiving Day! One side wasn’t enough - Sam needed to make sure he didn’t miss a spot - and I assure you he didn’t!
