Marist community, Recently there have been petitions circulated and activity on social media regarding an alleged incident of assault involving two Marist students, which took place out of state. While we are governed by laws limiting public disclosures of many details regarding these incidents, we can announce that as of this afternoon, the student accused of the assault is no longer a student at Marist College.
