Just in case you are waiting for your EAD or Green Card to be printed. SMH The Washington Post reports that weeks ago, USCIS shut down printing of documents evidencing legal status and work authorization for immigrants and nonimmigrants in Corbin, KY. These documents include green cards and employment authorization documents (EAD). Additionally, USCIS has scaled back printing at the second facility in Lee's Summit, MO, resulting in massive delays. USCIS blames "financial concerns," for its failure to renew the contract with the printing company despite never alerting Congress. Approximately 50,000 green cards and 75,000 other employment authorization documents promised to immigrants and nonimmigrants haven't been printed. https://www.washingtonpost.com//15c1cbf6-c203-11ea-9fdd-b7

Supreme Court Blocks Trump! The Supreme Court has just decided that DACA shall remain intact for now. The Court stayed that the Trump Administration had gone a...bout trying to rescind DACA in the wrong way. Even Chief Justice Roberts slapped the administration’s knuckles saying there needs to be a humanitarian approach to this issue. We need legislation on this and also need to make sure we VOTE! #thelovelawyer #daca #immigrants #dreamers #scotus See more
