CITY OF WHITE PLAINS DRIVE-BY SANTA EVENT The City of White Plains Recreation & Parks Department has made arrangements with the North Pole for Santa to visit o...ur city. On Saturday December 12th between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm you can have a holly jolly drive-by visit with Santa as he travels the streets of our festive city. The event is free to the entire community. Kids and families will be able to see and wave to Santa, from a safe distance, as he drives thru the neighborhoods of White Plains.
