Beginning Monday, June 22nd, Massena Savings and Loan will be opening the lobbies at both our Massena and Waddington branches. We will be open for regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm at both branches. To keep our staff and customers safe we will be monitoring lobby traffic and require anyone entering the building to wear a mask and practice social distancing. We have implemented extra sanitizing practices and will be deep cleaning our lobbies on an ongoing ...basis. Hand sanitizer will be available for use around our lobbies. We strongly recommend the continued use of our drive-thru lanes, and for anyone needing assistance in loan servicing to please make an appointment. Our loan officers are happy to assist you over the phone and through email as well. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate through this time together. We will continue to monitor and adhere to all NYS and CDC guidelines to do our part in keeping our community safe.

WADDINGTON BRANCH CHANGE IN HOURS: Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, our Waddington branch will be changing it's business hours effective Wednesday April 15th until further notice. New hours will be 9am-3pm, still operating drive-thru only. Thank you for your understanding.

COVID-19 UPDATE Massena Savings and Loan is taking precautionary steps to protect its customers, employees and our community from the coronavirus COVID-19 by electing to go to drive-thru only effective March 18, 2020 at 1pm until further notice. Both our Massena and Waddington offices will continue operating with normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm. For banking needs that cannot be completed at the drive-thru, we ask that customers reach out to a Massena Savings... and Loan representative for assistance. For customers that would like to make deposits or payments after hours, we ask that you utilize the night deposit located in our first drive thru. Please do not let the closure of our lobbies stop you from contacting us with any banking needs you may have. We are here to assist customers in any way that we can. As a reminder, our ATMs and Online Banking are available 24 hours a day to service your banking needs as well. If you are not currently registered with Online Banking, please visit our website to complete the registration. Customers should also be aware that the COVID-19 crisis may cause a spike in cybersecurity attacks.
