Hello friends!! We are patiently waiting for guidance from the Governor on when we can open and we are so excited to see all of YOU! Recently we had a great staff meeting and all our staff are excited about coming back to work! In the meantime, we want to share with you some great news about all the improvements that we have made to our building. Are you ready? The list is long and it adds up to A LOT of hard work! The inside of the ENTIRE building has been cleaned and san...itized from ceiling to floor including every chair, and table. A new roof was installed on the building. The party room floor was refinished and polished. The outdoor deck was extended and re-painted. New flooring was installed on the ramp from the back door into the main bar. New lighting was installed on the outdoor McGinnity's sign and this sign was painted. New water filters have been installed. The kitchen has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and painted. New touch-free auto towel dispensers were installed in the men's and ladies' rooms. New lights were installed on the bar under the liquor bottles. New chair glides and table levels were installed. The front door was painted and beautiful artwork was added. We have all new bar stools!! And last but not least...one of the biggest improvements...the men's room was gutted and a brand new men's was constructed!! Plumbing, floors, ceiling, walls, sink, and the towel dispenser, toilet, faucet, urinal are all touch-free and all are NEW!! This list is long, but most importantly, it proves our commitment to serving our customers both now and in the future. We are dedicated to continue to provide a great place for all to eat, drink, and enjoy a good pint! Please stay tuned to this page for news and updates on when we can open, and our re-opening plan. We are looking forward to seeing YOU! Slainte!

When McGinnity’s closed on March 16, this meant we were closed on our favorite holiday, St.Patrick’s Day. We were prepped and ready to serve the hundreds of customers who come each year to celebrate with us. We knew that we could not let all of the prepped food go to waste, so we made a significant donation to Foodlink. This week, we received this letter thanking us for this donation. We are awaiting guidance from the Governor on when we can re-open and can assure you that we WILL re-open. Slainte! #IrishStrong #IrishProud #COVID19CannotStopTheIrish
